My current ambition is to develop some of the insights gained in my thesis through a number of projects. In some sense these projects are interrelated, at least in the questions they are asking about the problematic connections between theory and practice. In short what interests me is the conjunction ‘and’: i.e. the ever-changing relations which preposition themselves in-between delimited entities. These projects reflect my strong and on-going interest with the intersections of art, philosophy and science. In particular focus is the question of how these intersections can generate productive knowledge about the concepts of time and space in social, cultural and political theory.
Four projects will be my central concerns for the coming few years.
· Spaces of Experimentation
· Limits of Sovereignty
· Conversations on Time & Space
· Mathematics and Space
